30 mil combat oriented sp minimum (40+ mil sp preferred) ...exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

MUST have solid PvP skills and experience as well as be able to fly, or willing to train for, doctrine ships and fittings.

MUST Have a mic and be able to communicate via coms (mumble). Coms are mandatory on ops.

MUST have a sense of humor and not be offended by drunken jokers and their shenanigans.

MUST be active, a pirate at heart, and able to work with female member/s without being a scumbag (or at least try).
